Delivery Time
- FashionLab aims to process and dispatch the order within 24 hours after order confirmation; however, delays might occur in case of any unseen or uncertain circumstances.
- For order confirmation, you are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our representatives can reach you.
- The estimated shipping time for orders delivery across Pakistan is 4-7 working days.
- For special order items, the estimated shipping time across Pakistan is 21- 45 working days
- During the event of promotions, delivery time may exceed due to the high volume of orders.
Delivery Charges
- Free shipping on all orders Rs 1500 and up. Delivery charges of PKR 250 are applied on all orders for orders less than Rs 1500.
Order Tracking
- Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the courier.
- You can track your parcel through the tracking number on the respective courier website mentioned in the email.
