We have a strict ‘NO REFUND’ policy however refunds or exchanges can be made with exception wherein the product has manufactured defect(s) or is not as advertised. Product(s) must be reported within 48 hours days after delivery. You will have to send us back the defective product(s) and our team will review the product to offer the exchange with the same product or with the same price value product or a refund. Note: Please note that for Cash on delivery orders, we cannot offer refunds, instead a store credit will be issued.
You can cancel the order at any time before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Once the parcel is dispatched ‘Returns & Exchange Policy’ will be applied. However, FashionLab cancels the order on its own due to the following reasons:
- Out of stock or
- Online payment declined by the bank
Special Conditions during Sale Promotions
- Product(s) purchased on promotions will be exchanged at the same prices.
- In case of a defective product(s), the complaint must be lodged within 48 hours after receiving the order.
To initiate a return or an exchange, you must provide the following details:
- Order Number
- Photos of the defective product(s) received
- Picture of the parcel along with the courier/shipment receipt attached to the parcel envelope
